Dana Tozzi is an educator with over 20 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for literacy. Her love of reading and storytelling, combined with the calm, gentle nature of her therapy dog Enzo, inspired the perfect idea for her first children’s book. What began as a simple thought quickly blossomed into Enzo’s Story – A Therapy Dog’s Journey, a heartfelt story that reflects Dana’s commitment to connection, compassion, and the power of sharing stories that make a difference.

Dana is married to her husband, Anthony, and together they have two beautiful daughters, Lilli and Bianca. Dana often jokes that Enzo is their third child. Originally from New Jersey, the family now resides in Holly Springs, North Carolina, where they continue to share their love of learning, community, and compassion.
